TasteAtlas, one of the leading guides in the gastronomy world, has announced its new list determining the world's 100 best salads. While six salads from Turkey are featured on this list, Antalya's famous piyaz secured the 9th spot. This success once again demonstrates how much Turkish cuisine is appreciated on the international stage.
