RECALL CALL FOR 2.6 MILLION THERMOSES

The famous thermos brand Stanley has reported that defective loose lids on some thermos models pose a risk of hot beverages spilling onto users, potentially causing burn injuries, and has therefore decided to recall 2.6 million thermoses.

Amazon Turkey, meanwhile, has called on all customers using the Switchback and Trigger Action series thermoses in question to "stop using the products and return them."

In its statement, Stanley notes that due to a functional issue with the lids, hot beverages may leak and cause burns.

For this reason, the company has announced that users who own Switchback and Trigger Action series thermoses should immediately stop using the products and initiate the return process.

URGENT CALL TO USERS FROM AMAZON TURKEY

Amazon Turkey has begun informing its customers regarding the recall process.

While return transactions are being carried out via the company's "amazon.com.tr/gp/orc/returns” address, some users report that they are unable to access the return screen or are receiving warnings that their products are outside the scope of the return.

On the other hand, the inquiry on Stanley's official website confirms that the products in question are on the recall list.

It is believed that the issues currently being encountered may be due to high traffic in the system.
