The IUP salary, which is an education and guidance program carried out by İŞKUR aimed at increasing the employability of unemployed individuals, is provided by İŞKUR. WHEN WILL IUP SALARIES BE DEPOSITED?

No exact date has been announced yet regarding when the salaries of those working under the Labor Force Adaptation Program (IUP) will be deposited. However, salary payments are expected to be deposited into accounts in the near future. It has been announced that official statements on the subject will be made. While payments are calculated based on the number of days participated in the program, it is stated that there will be an increase in salaries starting from October and the monthly amount will rise to 12 thousand TL.

HOW MUCH ARE IUP SALARIES?

Participants are paid a daily allowance of 666.75 TL for the days they participate in the program, as determined by the Board of Directors for 2024.

Due to intensive training in the first 4 weeks of the program, 37.5 hours (5 days) of classes will be held per week; in the following weeks, 22.5 hours (3 days) of training per week are planned. IUP participants will receive an average monthly payment of 8 thousand TL, and their short-term insurance premiums will also be covered.

WILL İŞKUR IUP SALARIES INCREASE?

The salary to be paid to participants under the Labor Force Adaptation Program (IUP) is determined according to the number of days they participate. For 2024, the payment for each day of participation has been set at 566.73 TL. While a working period of 5 days a week and a total of 37.5 hours is applied during the first four weeks, this duration drops to 3 days a week and 22.5 hours in the following weeks. A participant working 5 days in October is expected to receive a salary of approximately 11,334 TL.

Vocational training: The program aims to provide unemployed individuals with professional skills through both theoretical and practical lessons. During the training process, the competencies of the participants are increased and their employability is enhanced.

Financial support: Financial support is provided to participants as a daily allowance during the training period. This support helps unemployed individuals meet their living expenses.

Providing employment: Participants who complete the training find the opportunity to be employed by possessing the skills demanded in the labor market.
