When will the rain end in Istanbul? Expert provides an update!

An explanation has come from Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Meteorology Weather Forecasting Expert Cengiz Çelik regarding when the rainy and cold weather that has been effective in Istanbul in recent days will end.

It was reported that precipitation transitions will be seen in the Central and Eastern Black Sea regions over the weekend across Turkey, while no precipitation is expected in most of the country.

RAIN WILL LOSE ITS EFFECT IN ISTANBUL

Emphasizing that there is an expectation of rain in Istanbul tomorrow and that short-term rain may be seen on the Anatolian Side in the early hours of Thursday, Çelik stated that there will be no precipitation in Istanbul for a few days starting from Friday and that the weather will be partly to slightly cloudy.

Stating that low temperatures are not expected across Istanbul, Çelik warned that the highest temperatures will be between 7 and 8 degrees, but night temperatures could drop to 1 to 2 degrees.

Çelik noted that fog and mist may be seen across the province starting from Thursday.

Underlining that showers are expected in Izmir only tomorrow, Çelik said that there will be no precipitation across the province starting from Thursday and that the temperature, which is 13 degrees tomorrow, will rise to 15 to 16 degrees in the coming days.
