WHEN WILL THE TOKİ 250,000 HOUSING PROJECT BEGIN?

The application dates for the "250,000 Social Housing Project," which is the largest social housing initiative in the history of the Republic, have not yet been clarified. However, date information regarding the tender processes for all residences has been determined.

TOKİ 250,000 HOUSING TENDER DATES

The tender process for the social housing initiative carried out by TOKİ began on November 7 and will continue until June 2025. During this process, tenders for a total of 165,055 social housing units will be held in 70 provinces, including 128,378 units in major cities. With the completion of the tender processes, construction of the 250,000 housing units in the project will have begun.

TO BE REALIZED IN 81 PROVINCES!

An environmentally friendly approach is being adopted in this project. The residences, which will be built in accordance with local and horizontal architectural principles, will make it easier for low-income citizens to become homeowners. In a statement made by TOKİ, it was stated, "Zero-waste principles, energy-efficient and climate-friendly materials will be used in social housing projects. Renewable energy systems will be included in all projects."

WHERE WILL THE TOKİ RESIDENCES BE BUILT?

Of the 165,055 social housing units put out to tender, 128,378 will be built in major cities. The vast majority of the residences will be built in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir, respectively.

48,416 units will be built in the Arnavutköy, Tuzla, Esenler, and Silivri districts of Istanbul,

13,646 units in the Çamlıdere, Ayaş, Kahramankazan, Kızılcahamam, Bala, Mamak, Sincan, Nallıhan, Gölbaşı, and Etimesgut districts of Ankara,

11,325 units in the Central, Bergama, Kınık, Aliağa, Güzelbahçe, Kemalpaşa, Dikili, Menemen, Tire, Karaburun, Urla, and Torbalı districts of Izmir.

6,799 units in the Central, İbradı, Gazipaşa, Kaş, Demre, Akseki, Manavgat, Korkuteli, Alanya, Kemer, and Finike districts of Antalya;

682 units in the Karpuzlu, Bozdoğan, Yazıkent, Didim, İncirliova, Söke, and Germencik districts of Aydın;

2,339 units in the Sındırgı, Bigadiç, Dursunbey, Susurluk, Savaştepe, Havran, Balya, Marmara, Çınarlı, Ayvalık, and Bandırma districts of Balıkesir;

6,305 units in the Karacabey, Harmancık, Yenişehir, Orhaneli, Büyükorhan, Keles, İnegöl, Mustafakemalpaşa, and Kestel districts of Bursa;

2,300 units in the Central, Acıpayam, Çal, Kale, Serinhisar, Beyağaç, Honaz, Babadağ, Bozkurt, Çardak, and Tavas districts of Denizli.

1,349 units in the Central, İspir, Şenkaya, Pasinler, Horasan, Narman, Çat, and Olur districts of Erzurum;

2,394 units in the Central, Mihalgazi, Günyüzü, Mahmudiye, Han, and Seyitgazi districts of Eskişehir;

2,711 units in the Central, Akkışla, İncesu, Özvatan, and Yahyalı districts of Kayseri;

1,150 units in the Dilovası district of Kocaeli;

5,300 units in the Central, Kulu, Akşehir, Kadınhanı, Doğanhisar, Ereğli, Karapınar, Ilgın, Bozkır, Çeltik, Beyşehir, Çumra, and Hadim districts of Konya;

3,334 units in the Akhisar, Yunusemre, Salihli, Saruhanlı, Gördes, Kırkağaç, Soma, Alaşehir, and Şehzadeler districts of Manisa;

1,476 units in the Artuklu, Dargeçit, Mazıdağı, Yeşilli, and Kızıltepe districts of Mardin.
