WHEN IS THE GÜLERMAK IPO?

With the approval of the Capital Markets Board (SPK), the IPO of Gülermak Ağır Sanayi İnşaat ve Taahhüt A.Ş. will be held on January 8-9-10. As part of the IPO:

The company's capital will be increased from 300 million TL to 322.6 million TL. Group (B) shares with a nominal value of 22.6 million TL resulting from this increase will be offered to the public.

Group (B) shares with a nominal value of 6 million 596 thousand TL belonging to Gülermak Emlak Yapı İnşaat Yatırım A.Ş. and 3 million 104 thousand TL belonging to Gülermak Turizm İşletme Yatırım A.Ş. will also be included in the IPO.

In case of excess demand, additional shares with a nominal value of 4 million 392 thousand 800 TL belonging to Gülermak Emlak Yapı İnşaat Yatırım A.Ş. and 2 million 67 thousand 200 TL belonging to Gülermak Turizm İşletme Yatırım A.Ş. may be sold. In total, additional Group (B) shares with a nominal value of 6 million 460 thousand TL may be offered for sale.

The IPO price has been set at 125 TL for a share with a nominal value of 1 TL.

The amount of lots to be distributed during the demand collection process may vary depending on the number of participants as follows:
