According to the decision made by the Tüpraş (TUPRS) board of directors on 13.01.2025, the company has decided to extend the registered capital ceiling period and increase it to 10 billion TL, due to the fact that the registered capital ceiling is set to expire in 2025 and the limit specified in the articles of association is being exceeded.

For this change, Article 6 of the articles of association, titled "Capital," will be amended as attached, and it is planned to obtain the necessary permits from the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade.
