Worker trapped under soil rescued in Bursa
A worker who was trapped under soil during excavation work for infrastructure in the İnegöl district of Bursa has been taken to the hospital.
A landslide occurred while excavation was being carried out by a subcontractor using heavy machinery for a rainwater and sewage line on Çalıkavak Street in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood.
Following the incident in which worker Kerem G. (49) was trapped under the soil, 112 Emergency Health, Fire Department Search and Rescue, and police teams were dispatched to the scene.
Kerem G. was extracted from under the soil after approximately 30 minutes of work.
It was learned that Kerem G., who was taken to İnegöl State Hospital after receiving initial intervention, remains in critical condition.
