The business named Akdaş Et Ürünleri, operating in Bolu, was caught in an inspection by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
The sucuk offered for sale by Akdaş Et under the "Sağlam Et" brand was examined by Ministry teams.
Following the tests conducted, equine meat was detected in the sucuk products sold by Akdaş Et Ürünleri Gıda Hayvancılık İnşaat Emlak Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
It was learned that penal action was taken against the business following the detection.
