A consumer who purchased meat from the Meat and Milk Board (Et ve Süt Kurumu) branch located in the Sincan district of Ankara reported noticing a blue color on the meat.
The allegation was shared with the officials of the inspection platform Denetle.
Experts state that there could be various reasons for meat to be blue in color. These factors include the meat being stored under inappropriate conditions, coming into contact with chemical substances, or spoilage.
