Speaking on the subject at the 14th Private Hospitals and Health Institutions Association (OHSAD) Congress / Common Solutions in Health Meetings held in Antalya, Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan stated, "In addition to the drug used in the treatment of our children with SMA, which we have been reimbursing since 2017 as you know, we will also include another drug used in the treatment of the disease, which offers ease of use, in our SGK reimbursement list for the treatment of our children."
