New features added to the e-Nabız system
The Ministry of Health has improved the user experience with new features added to the e-Nabız Personal Health System. Users can now log in using biometric methods, and the processes for obtaining medication and scheduling appointments have been simplified.
The Ministry of Health has announced that users can now access their profiles faster and more easily with updates made to the e-Nabız Personal Health System. The new design features a user-friendly and modular structure.
Thanks to the biometric login feature added to the mobile application, users can now access their e-Nabız profiles using fingerprint or facial recognition options. This innovation increases user security while also speeding up the login process.

Among the updates is the simplification of the process for picking up medication from pharmacies, using QR codes that contain the Turkish ID Number and Prescription Number located in the "My Prescriptions" menu. Additionally, users who wish to book another appointment with a physician they have previously visited will be able to do so without entering additional information. However, if the physician's schedule is not available, a warning system will be activated to indicate that no suitable appointment could be found.
The "News from Us" section in the new design offers the opportunity to follow the Ministry's most recent activities. Along with these changes, an informational video regarding the use of e-Nabız has also been shared.
