Prof. Dr. Özkaya: 'It has been proven that Covid-19 is the cause of the rise in sudden deaths among the young'

Chest Diseases Specialist Prof. Dr. Şevket Özkaya stated that a significant increase has been observed in lung and cardiovascular diseases resulting in sudden death among young patients in emergency departments following the Covid-19 pandemic. Özkaya said, "The most curious question in the world was whether these increasing sudden deaths were related to Covid-19 vaccines or the effects of the coronavirus. A study of 46 million people conducted in England has clarified this question. According to the results of the study, it has been revealed that Covid-19 vaccines reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke due to vascular occlusion."

"THE CAUSE OF SUDDEN DEATHS IS THE DAMAGE COVID-19 DOES TO THE VESSELS"

Özkaya said, "There are 3 main factors that cause vascular occlusion in our body and lead to fatal events in the lungs, heart, and brain vessels. Damage to the inner wall of the vessel (endothelium); our body remaining inactive due to surgery, illness, or long-term travel; and genetic predisposition to clotting and drug use (birth control pills, etc.). The most important of these 3 factors is damage to the inner wall of the vessel, and in a person infected with the Covid-19 virus, the toxic and destructive blood plasma, especially due to the 'cytokine' storm that develops depending on the viral load, causes serious damage to the inner wall of the vessel, and the first stage of clot formation occurs. In addition, our body remaining inactive due to illness or long-term travel causes clot formation. Thus, we encounter fatal results. Especially in young people, the damaged vascular structure after Covid-19, combined with heavy exercise, causes fatal heart attacks," he said.

Özkaya stated that vaccines help reduce the viral load in the body, especially during the pandemic process, allowing the disease to be experienced more mildly and preventing the destructive effects that blood plasma creates on the inner walls of the vessels, and continued his words as follows:

"We believe that this reduces vascular occlusions and also reduces fatal occlusions in the lungs, heart, and brain vessels. As a result, it has been proven that the sudden increase in deaths among the young is not due to Covid-19 vaccines, but due to the damage the Covid-19 virus causes to the vessels."
