Removed a tick attached to his body: He lost his life!
In the Akdağmadeni district of Yozgat, a person who was receiving treatment under suspicion of Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) has passed away.
In the Akdağmadeni district of Yozgat, 41-year-old M.G. presented to Akdağmadeni State Hospital on June 14 with complaints of fever and nausea.
Following initial intervention there, M.G. was first referred to Sorgun State Hospital and subsequently to Yozgat Bozok University Faculty of Medicine Research and Application Hospital.
It was learned that M.G., who was taken into intensive care under suspicion of CCHF disease and could not be saved despite interventions, will be laid to rest in the district today.
It was learned that M.G. had removed a tick that had attached to his body himself on June 12.
