The Mudurnu District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry has taken action in the villages of Mangırlar and Pelitözü due to suspected foot-and-mouth disease.
Teams have temporarily halted the entry and exit of animals in these villages to prevent the spread of the disease.

Authorities reminded livestock farmers to comply with quarantine rules and announced that the livestock market, which was scheduled to open on Saturday in the district, will remain closed this week.
