Seventeen people, including Aylin Kotil, Ömer Sarıgül, and journalist Murat Ağırel, who were linked to money laundering allegations involving Yeni Parti Erzincan Deputy Mustafa Sarıgül, have been referred to the courthouse following their procedures at the police station.
Emir Sarıgül, for whom a detention warrant had been issued, surrendered to the police last night.
Following the prosecutor's questioning, 15 suspects were referred to the judgeship with a request for arrest, and 2 suspects were referred with a request for judicial control.
