2 suspects arrested regarding the explosion at a fireworks factory in Niğde
Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the fireworks factory explosion in the Bor district, which resulted in the death of one worker and left another injured.
Two suspects have been arrested as part of the investigation into the explosion that occurred at a fireworks factory in the Kemerhisar town of Niğde's Bor district.
The two detained suspects were taken to the hospital for health checks. After their procedures at the police station, they were referred to the courthouse, where they were arrested by the on-duty magistrate judge and sent to prison.
The explosion in question occurred on June 26 for reasons yet to be determined. Worker Nuri Özkan lost his life in the explosion, while Yasin Demirbaş was injured.
It was reported that the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
