In his post-election speech, Güleç stated that the Diyarbakır Bar Association remains united and that everyone has won, drawing attention to the bar's historical mission and the challenges faced by lawyers.
Güleç noted the following in his speech:
"There are no losers in the Diyarbakır Bar Association. We have all won together and we will struggle together. As a bar association, we will continue our stance against femicides and human rights violations. This is the reason why we say the Diyarbakır Bar Association is a women's bar association."
