The statements of individuals detained in the drug investigation targeting celebrities, conducted by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, have come to light. It has been learned that actor Aras Bulut İynemli, who provided a statement as part of the investigation, denied the accusations.
According to journalist Burak Doğan, İynemli stated in his testimony that there was no additional encryption on the applications he used on his phone, that he only had a keypad lock password, and that he provided this voluntarily.
Emphasizing that he does not use drugs or stimulants, İynemli said, “I have not been in contact with anyone known to sell drugs or stimulants. I have not used anyone as an intermediary to purchase drugs or stimulants. I have not transferred money to anyone for this purpose.”
The actor also stated that he did not organize any parties or entertainment events at his residence or on sea vessels such as yachts or boats. İynemli stated that he was not present in environments such as parties, festivals, bars, cafes, organizations, or concerts where drugs or stimulants were used.
Reiterating in his statement that he does not use substances, İynemli noted that he did not purchase drugs or stimulants at the entertainment venues he frequented. Noting that he did not offer any such substances to people around him, the actor declared, “Since I have not committed a crime that would benefit from effective remorse provisions, I do not wish to benefit from the scope of effective remorse provisions.”
