Aziz İhsan Aktaş scandal at Elazığ Municipality: Prosecutor's office has not filed a lawsuit for four months

It has emerged that the AKP-run Elazığ Municipality awarded a total of eight tenders worth 808 million TL to Aziz İhsan Aktaş.

NO LAWSUIT FILED

Upon the request of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, three experts appointed by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance detected irregularities in these tenders and prepared a report. However, despite this report, no lawsuit has been filed by the prosecutor's office yet.

It is stated that the report prepared by the experts includes details of the irregularities in the tenders. However, it is noted that these findings have not been included in an indictment and the prosecutor's office has not taken action for four months.

According to the report by Alican Uludağ, despite the existence of the expert report, no legal proceedings have been initiated.
