An important development has occurred in the legal process of Enver Aysever, who faced charges of "inciting the public to hatred and hostility or insulting" due to statements he made during a broadcast on social media platforms.
During the broadcast, Aysever had used the words, "Right-wing politics is a crime. When you are a right-winger, you become immoral, or your morality becomes immorality."
The journalist, who was detained and arrested on December 11, 2025, appeared before the judge today.
The court panel decided to release Aysever in the case where he was being tried while in custody.
