Breaking News... Seizure order issued for 5 companies in Süleymancılar investigation
The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has issued a seizure order for 5 companies and an arrest warrant for İrfan Yılmaz following findings by MASAK.
A new decision has been taken within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the Süleymancılar. In the investigation, a seizure order was issued for 5 companies in line with the examinations of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK).
In the MASAK examinations, it was determined that suspicious transactions were carried out through companies registered under the name of the suspect İrfan Yılmaz, namely Yılmaz Kimya, Yılkim Kimya, Erimer Kimya, Mie Girişimcilik ve Makine, and Astra Polimer.
Following these findings, the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office decided to seize the companies in question.
Within the scope of the investigation, an arrest warrant was also issued for İrfan Yılmaz on charges of "being a member of a criminal organization," "fraud to the detriment of public institutions and organizations," and "laundering assets derived from crime."
