Coca-Cola's market practices under scrutiny
The Competition Authority has launched an investigation into Coca-Cola Satış ve Dağıtım A.Ş. due to practices that hinder market competition.
The Competition Authority has taken action following allegations that Coca-Cola is making it difficult for rival products to be sold at points of sale.
In a statement published on the institution's website, it was noted that findings obtained as a result of a preliminary investigation raised suspicions that the company is engaging in anti-competitive practices.
As part of the investigation, it will also be evaluated whether Coca-Cola has complied with the commitments it submitted to the Competition Authority in 2021.
This review aims to determine whether the promises previously made by the company have been fulfilled.
