Employees of Ersan Diamond, owned by Ersan Gülmez, who is known on social media as the “jeweler to the stars,” have filed a complaint with the police against him. The employees alleged that Gülmez used threatening and insulting language toward them during a company meeting.
According to the allegations, the incident occurred yesterday morning during a meeting held within the company. Employees identified as T.U., R.A., and Y.S. stated that an argument broke out between them and Ersan Gülmez during the meeting, which quickly escalated into a fight.
According to a report by NTV, the employees went to the police station following the incident to file a complaint against Gülmez. An investigation has been launched into the matter based on the allegations of threats and insults.
As part of the investigation, Ersan Gülmez’s statement was also taken. It was learned that Gülmez filed a counter-complaint against an employee named T.K., alleging that this individual had threatened and insulted him, and stated that he had no separate complaints regarding the other employees.
Gülmez’s name also came up last year during an investigation into an armed criminal organization allegedly led by Selahattin Yılmaz. Gülmez, who was detained during simultaneous operations conducted in 5 provinces, including Istanbul, was released under judicial control after being referred to the courthouse following his processing.
