It has been reported that former AKP Deputy Chairperson Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya is giving a statement to the prosecutor as a suspect within the scope of the "fund investigation."

It was conveyed that Kaya arrived at the Çağlayan Courthouse in Istanbul with her husband in the evening hours and that the statement-taking process has begun.

It was also stated that the Capital Markets Board (SPK) is expected to file a criminal complaint against the relevant parties under the Capital Markets Law as part of the investigation.
