The First Presidency Board of the Court of Cassation determined the posts of the 4 new members elected to the Court of Cassation by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) on January 17 during its meeting.
According to the report in T24; considering the workload, needs, and staffing status of the chambers, former Deputy Minister of Justice Hasan Yılmaz and former Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor İsmail Uçar were assigned to the 1st Civil Chamber, former Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor Ahmet Akça to the 7th Criminal Chamber, and former Istanbul Anatolian Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor İhsan Kamil Akçadırcı to the 5th Criminal Chamber.
