Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç announced: 1,000 judge and prosecutor assistants will be recruited!

The exam notice for the recruitment of 1,000 judge and prosecutor assistants has been published.

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç stated in a post on his social media account that the recruitment of judge and prosecutor assistants, which was held for the first time last year, is continuing this year.

In this context, stating that the exam notice for the recruitment of a total of 1,000 judge and prosecutor assistants—consisting of 850 judicial judge and prosecutor assistants, 100 judicial judge and prosecutor assistants from the legal profession, and 50 administrative judge assistants—has been published, Tunç said, "I wish success in advance to all our candidates who will take the exam to be held by ÖSYM on December 21-22, and to the judges and prosecutors of the future."

Tunç noted that candidates who pass the exam and successfully complete the interview stage will receive 1 year of training at the Justice Academy of Turkey before being accepted into the profession, and then they will work alongside experienced judges and prosecutors for 2 years in a master-apprentice relationship, allowing them to take the bench more equipped and stronger.

Minister Tunç remarked, "We will continue to work with determination to further strengthen a justice system that is based on the rule of law, is not delayed, and is predictable."
