Asserting that the abolition of individual applications to the Constitutional Court is "out of the question," Tunç stated, "We introduced the right to individual application. There is no question of going back."
Minister Tunç stated, "When Article 148 of our Constitution, which regulates individual applications, and the articles related to individual applications in the Law on the Establishment and Trial Procedures of the Constitutional Court No. 6216 are read, it is possible to identify contradictions."
Minister Tunç claimed, "There are sentences there that can be interpreted differently. These sentences lead to problems."
