New measures have been taken regarding financial assets in the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. It was reported that access to high-value assets in fund accounts has been blocked during examinations carried out in coordination with the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK).
As a result of the examinations conducted in line with the instructions of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a freezing order was issued for 387 million 461 thousand 359 liras and 86 kurus in cash held in fund accounts.
Assets worth 105 million liras belonging to Muhammed Yarız, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pusula Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., who is a detained suspect in the file, were also seized.
Additionally, a seizure measure was applied to 257 million liras that were determined to be intended for transfer via TERA Portföy at QNB Finansbank.
Thus, it was stated that the total amount frozen and seized within the scope of the investigation has reached approximately 750 million liras. It was learned that the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office is continuing the investigation.
