Following the escape of Serdar Sertçelik, who was a defendant and secret witness in the Bora Kaplan case, a lawsuit was filed against 11 people, including 6 police officers, who were alleged to have been negligent.

In the case in question, the 13th Criminal Court of First Instance had previously issued a decision of lack of jurisdiction for the file.

PROSECUTOR REQUESTS HIGH CRIMINAL COURT
