Progressive Lawyers Association (ÇHD) Istanbul Branch President lawyer Ezgi Önalan has been arrested by the judgeship to which she was referred.
The ÇHD Istanbul Branch announced in a statement on its social media account that Önalan, who was detained during operations targeting NATO protests, has been arrested.
The association's statement included the following: "Our branch president, lawyer Ezgi Önalan, who was referred to the judgeship with a request for arrest, has been arrested. The defense has not been silenced and will not be silenced."
