In a KOM report prepared during an investigation by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, certain transfers in Cem Küçük's accounts have been placed under scrutiny.
An analysis report regarding the bank account activity of journalist Cem Küçük has come to light in an investigation file conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
In the report prepared by the Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime unit based on MASAK data, it was stated that a total of 35.1 million TL entered Küçük's accounts between 2019 and 2026. The report noted that a portion of this amount, totaling 5 million 9 thousand 300 TL, was evaluated as a "suspicious transaction in need of explanation."
It was stated that the money movements in question originated from 23 separate individuals and companies. The report included an assessment that these transfers did not appear consistent with the profile of a salaried journalist.
One of the notable points in the file was recorded as the timing of certain transfers. According to the report, the transfer of 1.1 million TL to a holding company approximately 1 hour and 34 minutes after it entered the accounts has become a subject of investigation.
