The investigation into the drug test for Tolga Akış, the founder and manager of the group Manifest and producer of the BIG5 Turkey project, has been completed.
It was stated that no narcotic substances were found in the blood, urine, and hair samples examined by the Council of Forensic Medicine as part of the investigation. Akış was detained on August 28 as part of an investigation conducted on charges of "obscenity," "use of narcotic substances," and "laundering assets derived from crime."

After being referred to the courthouse following his procedures at the police station, Akış was arrested by the prosecutor's office on the charge of "mediating the publication of obscene content."
Akış's statement also included allegations regarding the income distribution of Manifest members. Akış stated that 60 percent of the management income was distributed equally among Manifest members, while 40 percent was allocated to the company's Manifest project expenses.
Denying certain allegations in the press, Akış argued that claims that group members were forbidden from meeting with other people, were required to be with him during vacations, and were forced to perform on stage while ill were not true.

In his statement, Akış noted that the allegation regarding group members not being able to make independent sponsored posts on their own social media accounts was partially true for the purpose of "protecting the project." It was also reflected in the statement that Akış said his monthly income was 350 thousand TL.
