Threat allegations against Rıdvan Adıyaman, the owner of Bülent Börekçilik, which has more than 300 branches, have been reflected in the indictment prepared by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. The indictment includes 7 suspects, 5 of whom are under arrest and 2 of whom are fugitives, including Mehmet Faysal Söylemez, who is alleged to be the current leader of the Söylemezler criminal organization.
According to the file, the process began after Adıyaman took over the shares held by his former partner Zeki Tutal in the company in Turkey by paying the price. It was alleged that Tutal later wanted the shares back, and that threats came to the fore after Adıyaman did not accept this request.

The indictment stated that a person who called Adıyaman on November 20, 2025, threatened to kill him and his family if the share transfer was not made. It was noted that the messages allegedly sent afterwards included the phrases, "If you do not transfer the shares, we will cut off the heads of both you and your family. You are dead."
DISPUTE IN EUROPE ALSO IN THE FILE
The indictment alleged that Adıyaman also had a financial dispute with his former partners Zeki Tutal and Hasan Silahtaroğlu due to company activities in Europe. It was claimed that sales revenues were not transferred to the company's coffers and that 1 million 392 thousand euros were borrowed from Adıyaman on the grounds of the companies' financial needs.

It was reported that Adıyaman, stating that he could not collect his receivables, applied to the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on June 30, 2026, and filed a complaint after the threats increased.
Company consultant Özbay Doğru said in his witness statement that he witnessed a phone call while he was in Adıyaman's office in November 2025, and that the other party made threats regarding the share transfer. A secret witness codenamed "ŞİMŞEK-04" alleged that the commercial dispute was carried to the Söylemezler criminal organization.
