In the Engürücük neighborhood of Bursa's Gemlik district, during a road control and search operation conducted yesterday, an identity check revealed that Palestinian national K.Y.A. [male, (27)] had entered the country legally but had not departed within the allotted time.
The individual was issued an administrative fine of 7,200 TL for failing to depart the country in accordance with Article 102 of Law No. 6458 (56/1, 102/1-c) and was subsequently handed over to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management.
