10-year prison sentence sought for Şahan Gökbakar
In the indictment prepared regarding the unauthorized installation of solar panels and a water tank at Şahan Gökbakar's villa, which is located in a First-Degree Natural Protected Area in Marmaris, it was requested that 4 suspects, including Şahan Gökbakar and his brother Togan Gökbakar, be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison for 2 separate crimes.
A new development has occurred regarding actor Şahan Gökbakar's villa in Delikyol Bay, Marmaris. According to the report by Halil Sadri Yılmaz from Habertürk, the investigation, based on the indictment prepared by the Marmaris Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, was initiated following a criminal complaint filed by the Muğla Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change against the suspects.
The indictment requests that Şahan Gökbakar, Togan Gökbakar, Çağrı Özeren, and Osman Bayındır be sentenced to between 3 and 10 years in prison for violating the Law on the Protection of Cultural and Natural Property and for causing zoning pollution. The prepared indictment has been sent to the Marmaris Criminal Court of First Instance.
If the indictment is accepted, the defendants will appear before a judge in the coming days.
