Facing up to 13 years and 6 months in prison: New development in the assault case of Ozan Güven and Deniz Bulutsuz!

The Forensic Medicine Institute report has been prepared for the trial in which actor Ozan Güven is being prosecuted, facing up to 13 years and 6 months in prison for allegedly assaulting his former girlfriend Deniz Bulutsuz on June 13, 2020.

IT WAS STATED THAT 'ANXIETY DISORDER' DEVELOPED FOLLOWING THE INJURY

According to the Forensic Medicine Institute report sent to the Istanbul 58th Criminal Court of First Instance, it was understood that Deniz Bulutsuz developed 'anxiety disorder,' a psychiatric condition, following the incident she allegedly experienced on June 13, 2020, and it was stated that the impact of her injury on the individual was not minor enough to be resolved with simple medical intervention.

IT WAS ALSO REPORTED THAT NO BONE FRACTURES WERE IDENTIFIED IN BULUTSUZ'S BODY

The report also noted that no bone fractures were identified in Bulutsuz's body, that her injury did not constitute a life-threatening condition, and that the scar identified within the facial area was not noticeable from a certain distance and did not constitute a permanent scar on the face.

The hearing of the case will continue today at the Istanbul 58th Criminal Court of First Instance at 14:20.

OZAN GÜVEN - DENIZ BULUTSUZ CASE

Actor Ozan Güven's former girlfriend, Deniz Bulutsuz, had filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office, alleging that Güven had subjected her to violence. In the indictment prepared by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against Güven, a prison sentence of 3 years and 9 months to 13 years and 6 months was requested for the crimes of 'insult,' 'intentional injury,' and 'deprivation of liberty.' The file in which Ozan Güven also filed a complaint against Deniz Bulutsuz was sent to the conciliation bureau, but the parties did not agree to a settlement. Two separate indictments were prepared regarding the incident upon the complaints of both parties. Upon Güven's complaint, a prison sentence of 4 months to 1 year was requested for Deniz Bulutsuz for the crime of 'simple injury.'
