4-year prison sentence requested in Aleyna Tilki case

The investigation into İbrahim Y., who is alleged to have obtained personal data belonging to singer Aleyna Tilki—such as her home address and Turkish ID number, which are accessible only to judicial authorities—has been completed. According to the indictment, the defendant contacted Tilki's father and assistant via social media, threatening to distribute the information to third parties and blackmailing them. It was subsequently determined that he published this information through other social media accounts.

According to a report by Sabah, the defendant İbrahim Y. denied the accusations, stating, "I learned that Tilki's personal information had been stolen. I messaged her father and assistant to warn them. My intention was to help."

The prosecution stated that the defendant had unlawfully obtained and published personal data, which was proven by evidence, and requested a prison sentence of up to 4 years. The sentence the defendant will receive will be clarified in the later stages of the trial process.
