6.9 million lira in jewelry gifted at Tıvorlu İsmail's son's wedding

Mazlum Aşkan (28), the son of the singer known as 'Tıvorlu İsmail', İsmail Aşkan, married Zine Ataman (25) from Iraq. 

During the two-day, two-night wedding, 6.9 million lira worth of gold and cash were gifted. The wedding was attended by Mayor Habip Aşan, leaders and members of regional tribes such as the Goyan, Elki, Jırki, Mamhura, Pirosi, and Gevdan, as well as internet phenomena, business people from abroad, and numerous other guests.

At the banquet-style wedding attended by 5,000 guests, 130 sheep were slaughtered and 2 tons of rice were consumed. Speaking at his son's wedding, Tıvorlu İsmail said, "I used to go to everyone's wedding; today is my wedding, and many people have come. I thank everyone very much. There are wonderful teams here, and I thank them all."

Beytüşşebap Mayor Habip Aşan stated, "Today, people have come from everywhere for the wedding of the son of Tıvorlu İsmail, who is a well-known person in the country. It is a very beautiful visual feast. Such crowded weddings are actually a symbol of peace."

On the other hand, it was learned that Tıvorlu İsmail spent 4 million lira for his son's wedding.
