Announcing the sad news on his Instagram account, Tamer stated, "We have lost our dear son Atilla Tamer. His funeral will be held tomorrow at the Ataköy Ömer Doruk Mosque after the afternoon prayer and he will be laid to rest in the family cemetery in Bakırköy."
