Actor İbrahim Yıldız loses his six-month battle for life

Sad news has arrived regarding theater and TV actor İbrahim Yıldız, who was trapped under a tree that fell during strong winds in Kartal on August 15.

It has been learned that the 27-year-old actor, who was receiving treatment in intensive care, has lost his battle for life after approximately six months.

The sad news was announced by the young actor's colleague, Caner Topçu, in a post on his social media account.

It was stated that the young actor's funeral will be laid to rest following the funeral prayer to be held at the Safa Mosque in the Soğanlık neighborhood of Kartal after the afternoon prayer.

THE INCIDENT

He was seriously injured after being trapped under a tree that fell on him due to strong winds on August 15, 2025.

Upon reports from bystanders, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Yıldız, who was pulled from under the tree by citizens, was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Yıldız's treatment had been continuing in intensive care.
