The 41-year-old Northern Irish actor Jamie Dornan fell ill while on vacation in Portugal with a group of friends, including presenter Gordon Smart.

Speaking on the Scottish TV program "The Good, the Bad and the Unexpected," Gordon Smart stated that both he and Jamie Dornan were hospitalized due to toxic caterpillars.

'WE HAD A GREAT TIME ON THE FIRST DAY'

Smart said, "We had a great time on the first day, played a lot of golf, went out, drank a lot of wine, and then had espresso martinis."

Stating that they began to feel strange the next day and that their limbs went numb, Smart added that they also experienced tingling, saying, "We are very lucky to have come out of that alive."
