Actress Müjde Uzman: 'For the first time in my life, I am burned out'

Müjde Uzman, who brings the character of 'Alev' to life in the series Kızılcık Şerbeti, has been hospitalized.

The famous artist, who received IV treatment at the hospital, expressed the difficulties she is facing and her feelings.

Sharing a series of posts, Uzman stated the following:

"Please wake up now, show empathy, and take responsibility. The consequences of your actions affect everyone; stop being lazy, taking the easy way out, and taking what isn't yours. Think, learn, take initiative, and just do it. The work isn't hard, the intensity isn't hard. People are hard. Being a multitasker was the thing I loved most about defining myself, but now it is the greatest enemy of my soul.

Setting aside my own tasks, I would listen to everything around me, know it, remember it, and even remind others. I was never, ever lazy. I would live three days in one, I wouldn't get tired; on the contrary, it would add to my life energy. I still plan 10 steps ahead in a flash, and thanks to this, I don't waste time, I don't miss out on what I want to do, and I rejoice in more activities, more experiences, and more life.

Even if no one notices or even misunderstands, I try to make everyone's work easier, increase their comfort, and make their memories beautiful. This is never a burden to me. On the contrary; if I don't do it—because I would have to try 'not to do it'—I get more tired. But for the first time in my life, I am burned out.

The worst part is that no one believes it. Everyone has a theory about the person I should be and my troubles, and the biggest reason is my profession! My life must be very easy, glamorous, and filled with money and luxury, surely. If you are a woman who is smart, hardworking, and has habits and hobbies that don't fit the norm, and on top of that, you are both a woman and an actress, it is clear that you have to convince everyone one by one throughout your entire life that you are not stupid.

From the moment I leave the house until I return, it's beauty, weight, work topics... By the way, whose job is talked about this much? Will I never be able to talk about other things? They don't believe in health problems either. Also, for example, my wanting to exercise is considered absurd, because 'you don't gain weight, so what's the need?' You try to explain, but you say, who is going to carry the skeleton and the muscles? While gravity is constantly pulling down, do you think you can stand on your own? Isn't it a pity for our bodies?"
