Are you tired of being tired? Beware, it could be chronic fatigue syndrome!

Today, chronic fatigue syndrome is becoming increasingly common, and according to experts, these fatigue symptoms, which persist independently of other health issues, seriously affect quality of life.

While many people struggle to cope with the stress, work, and social responsibilities caused by a fast-paced life, for some, fatigue is not just a result of the daily grind, but rather a constant state. Symptoms such as being unable to feel rested despite a habit of sleeping seven to eight hours a day, feeling constant lethargy and unhappiness during the day, experiencing weakness during physical activities, and even having difficulty remembering foods consumed in previous days can be signs of chronic fatigue syndrome.

STRESS, IRREGULAR SLEEP, AND POOR NUTRITION...

Chronic fatigue syndrome is characterized as a condition that significantly affects a person's quality of life and lasts for more than six months. While the syndrome makes it difficult for an individual to carry out daily activities, it can also negatively affect their ability to focus. Experts have stated that chronic fatigue syndrome can be caused by multiple factors. These include stress, irregular sleep habits, poor nutrition, lack of physical activity, and even genetic factors.
