Süleyman Burak Bodur, known by his stage name "Lvbel C5," was taken into custody as part of an investigation conducted into the lyrics of the song "Kahpe," which he performed alongside Asya Alizade. Bodur gave his statement as part of the investigation carried out by the Press Crimes Investigation Bureau of the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
According to a report by Sabah, the prosecutor's office referred Bodur to the Criminal Court of Peace with a request for his arrest on charges of "publicly inciting to commit a crime." In his statement, the rapper denied the accusations, stating that he had no specific intent in the song lyrics and that he wrote the words by imagining them.
"I write song lyrics by imagining things. I have no specific intent in these lyrics. There is no situation involving violence; they are entirely imaginary lyrics aimed at young people."

It was reported that Bodur stated he removed the song from digital platforms after learning about the complaints filed with CİMER. It was also noted that the rapper argued that some of the controversial expressions in the song belonged to Asya Alizade, with whom he performed the duet.
Evaluating the state of the evidence in the file and the lack of suspicion that the suspect might flee, the court ruled that an arrest measure would be disproportionate. Thus, no arrest warrant was issued for Bodur.
With the decision, judicial control provisions were applied to Lvbel C5. A travel ban was imposed on the rapper, and he was required to report to a police station to sign in on Mondays and Wednesdays. The decision also included a condition that Bodur must continue his education regarding Turkish literature.
