Arrest warrants issued for 8 people in drug operation targeting celebrities: Elif Karaaslan among them
Among the suspects detained as part of the drug and prostitution investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 8 people, including Ali Yaşar Koz and Elif Karaaslan, were arrested by the court.
An operation was carried out to apprehend 17 suspects in Istanbul, 1 outside the province, and 6 abroad as part of a drug and prostitution investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
Within the scope of the operation, 19 people were detained, including social media celebrities Samet Liçina and Mika Slowana, former referee Elif Karaaslan, Kütüphane operator Ali Yaşar Koz, and Lucca owner Cem Mirap.
8 PEOPLE ARRESTED
The 19 people, who provided blood and hair samples at the Council of Forensic Medicine yesterday, were referred to the courthouse today following health checks.
Of the 11 individuals referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace with a request for arrest following their statements to the prosecutor's office, Kütüphane operator Ali Yaşar Koz, influencers Mustafa Eyüp Çelik, Mehmet Can Çelik, Cansel Ayanoğlu, Büşranur Çakır, Deniz Metin Yüksel, Elif Karaaslan, and Lena Ahsen Alkan were arrested.
