As part of a capital markets investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Bureau of Investigation for Terrorism Financing and Money Laundering Crimes, an asset freeze was applied to Melis Sütşurup Sandal, the wife of Mustafa Sandal.

Within the scope of the investigation, it was determined that there were outflows amounting to 11 billion 515 million 633 thousand 569 TL and a total profit record of 2 billion 119 million 693 thousand 938 TL in the name of Melis Sütşurup Sandal.

Following these developments, singer Yeşim Salkım brought up an incident on her social media account that she stated occurred in the past involving Melis Sütşurup Sandal.

In her post, Salkım directed various questions by naming not only Mustafa Sandal and Melis Sütşurup Sandal but also several other individuals.

Yeşim Salkım used the following expressions in her post:
