Mustafa Sandal, who has been in the news recently due to health issues, was forced to cancel the concert he planned to hold in Bursa today. In a statement on his social media account, Sandal noted that upon his doctor's advice, he needs to rest his voice for a week and shared his doctor's report.
Sandal included the following statements in his announcement: "My dear Bursa, following the intense performances and consecutive concerts, a routine doctor's check-up resulted in my doctor recommending '1 week of vocal rest' and issuing a report to avoid putting other concerts at risk. Unfortunately, I will not be able to be with you on August 9."
