Actress Berna Laçin, who frequently makes striking posts about current events on her social media account, has this time addressed artists who opposed Republic Day celebrations out of respect for Palestine.
While many famous names have reacted to the images of atrocities in Palestine on their social media accounts, some celebrities have taken their reactions further, arguing that concerts and celebrations planned for the 100th anniversary of the Republic should not be held.

How many points for all those “highly sensitive” singers who oppose Republic concerts and celebrations out of respect for Palestine, while at the same time taking the stage at casinos in Cyprus and fueling the most “hands in the air, glasses to the head” type of entertainment? How hypocritical, how duplicitous, and how two-faced you all are!
