Call from Mustafa Sandal after Gemlik earthquake: 'We must take urgent measures'
A 5.1 magnitude earthquake that occurred in Gemlik, Bursa, and was felt in surrounding provinces, caused panic among the public. Singer Mustafa Sandal, who was in Istanbul during the earthquake, said, "I invite the authorities to take urgent measures regarding earthquakes."
In the Gulf of Gemlik, Bursa, a 5.1 magnitude earthquake occurred at 10:42.
The earthquake was felt in surrounding provinces, primarily Istanbul, Çanakkale, and Kocaeli.
'URGENT MEASURES MUST BE TAKEN'
Singer Mustafa Sandal, who was in Istanbul during the earthquake, stated, "Get well soon to all our citizens. May God not make us experience this pain again. I call on the authorities to take urgent measures regarding earthquakes."
